Sort Add-in

Sort text, numbers, or data in lists or tables.

Description: You can sort text, numbers, or data in ascending order (A to Z, zero to 9, or earliest to latest date) in lists or tables. Or, you can sort in descending order (Z to A, 9 to zero, or latest to earliest date). This add-in sorts Tables, lists, Paragraphs and Fields as well.

Installation Instructions - Save it on your Hard disk. Double-click the FPsort Installer.exe program file on your hard disk to start the setup program. Click Next to install. Click Close to complete the installation. To Un-install this download: Go to control Panel. Double click add/ remove programs. Select Sort Installer. Select Remove. Files installed on the users system: FPSort.dll is installed in the users machine in the application data folder.

User Instructions - You can sort text, number or date by the following steps. Click the table. On the Table menu, click Table Sort. In the Table Sort box, click the options you want. Click Ok. If you want to sort by field then in the Table Sort box click options and define the field separator, then sort according to the field number. The user can use the Sort Ascending and Sort descending options in the Table menu to make the add-in do the sorts automatically as well.
