Description: Tables are commonly used on Web pages to organize and present information in rows and columns, in much the same way tables are used in print documents. Table AutoFormat provides the users an easy way to give their tables a professional look to display information on the Web, without having to know how to work with HTML tags

Installation Instructions - Click on the "Download Now!" link and save this file on your computer. Use Microsoft Windows Installer by double clicking on the msi file to install the add-in. To uninstall, go to the Control Panel and use "Add/Remove Programs".

User Instructions - You can quickly give your table a professional design by using any of the built-in table formats. On selection of the Table AutoFormat option from the menu, a dialog box appears that has a list of formats on one side and their preview on the other. The user can select from the list of available formats. There is the option to customize the current format by selecting or deselecting the following options: Font, Color, Borders, Shading, Autofit. Also special formatting can be applied to : heading rows, first column, last column, last row. The preview is updated as the selection options are changed to give the user an idea of what the table will look like after the format.
