E-Commerce FrontPage Addon - FrontPage 2000 ASP Web Wizard FrontPage AddonFrontPage 2000 ASP Web Wizard FrontPage Addon Use this add-in with FrontPage 2000 Description: Microsoft Product Support Services has released ASP Web Wizard 2000 for you to use with FrontPage 2000. This add-in is designed to guide you through the database features of FrontPage 2000. The wizard covers the following topics: Create a database with a form. Set up a database connection using ODBC. Set up a database connection using ADO. Use a form to post information to a database. Use a form to retrieve information from a database. Use a hyperlink with parameters to retrieve information from a database. Create an active hyperlink using a field in a database. Display images using data from a database. Installation Instructions - You must run this wizard from within FrontPage 2000 by using the New Web command. If you run this program from the Programs group on the Windows Start menu, you receive a "File Not Found" error message. Please read the installation instructions for proper installation and usage of the wizard. The self-extracting executable Aspwebwiz2k.exe file contains a new Web wizard for Microsoft FrontPage 2000. To install the ASP Web Wizard 2000 on your hard disk, follow these steps: Download Aspwebwiz2k.exe. Save it to a directory on your hard disk. For example, save it to your Desktop. Double-click the Aspwebwiz2k.exe file to start the Setup program. The install destination should point to the Templates folder under the Office setup location or the FrontPage setup location. When Setup is completed, start FrontPage 2000. On the File menu, point to New, and then click Web. In the New dialog box, click ASP Web Wizard 2000. In the Specify the location of the new web box, type the HTTP address of your Web. NOTE: You MUST use an ASP-ready Web server. Do not create a disk-based Web. Click OK. After the installation is complete, click OK. Start your Web browser, and browse to the URL that is specified in the Active Server Page Web Wizard dialog box. User Instructions - Before you can use the ASP features in FrontPage, you must install the components listed in the Microsoft Knowledge Base article entitled "What You Need to Use Active Server Pages (ASP) in FrontPage"
